LEASING GUARANTEE
We stand behind our tenant placement process. If a resident we place fails to complete at least nine months of the lease term for any reason, we’ll find a replacement tenant and waive the leasing fee entirely.
EVICTION PROTECTION
Enjoy added peace of mind with our Eviction Protection Plan. In the unlikely event of an eviction, we’ll cover up to $1,500 in legal expenses associated with a standard uncontested eviction process, helping you protect your bottom line.
