We provide tenants with multiple payment options, including a secure online portal. Late payments are addressed promptly according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most leases are 12 months in length, although we can accommodate alternative lease terms based on your goals and market conditions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits are based on local regulations and market standards. The amount is determined by rent price, tenant screening results, and any specific property requirements. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and the home is prepared for listing and leasing. -
What type of properties do you manage?

What type of reports do I get and how often?
